Cancellation Policy

We are happy to cancel and refund any orders that have not yet been shipped. However, once an order has been dispatched and is in the hands of the carrier, we are no longer able to modify or cancel it.

If your order has already been delivered and you wish to cancel, you may still return the unused item for a full refund under our 30-day policy. Please ensure you email our support team before shipping any items back to receive the correct assistance and access to the dedicated return page.
